What happens and what does it mean when the graph lines converge? I see a couple times in each chart when they did that.

The graph is a progressive summation of long to short waves. Wave 1 is long, wave 3 is medium, and wave 5 is short. Convergence can indicate either a trend up or down depending on the wave. As an example, you can see the red wave tends to oscillate about the orange wave. Like wise the orange wave oscillates about the yellow wave.
