Hillary Clinton picks up some more Republican endorsements

Stalwarts of the Republican foreign policy establishment have started endorsing Democrat Hillary Clinton over GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump, and on Thursday, the Clinton camp is announcing the endorsement of several Republican business leaders. There are some frequent Democratic supporters among the more than 50 business executives whose backing the Clinton campaign is highlighting — Google's Eric Schmidt, Warren Buffet, Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg, and Barry Diller, for example — but also longtime Republicans like AT&T Service's Jim Cicconi and Dan Akerson, a former top executive at GM and Nextel.

Cicconi, who served in the Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations, has supported every GOP nominee since Gerald Ford, "but this year I think it's vital to put our country's well-being ahead of party," he said in a statement to The Wall Street Journal. "Hillary Clinton is experienced, qualified, and will make a fine president. The alternative, I fear, would set our nation on a very dark path." Peter Weber

Hillary looks and acts more presidential than Trump will ever be. These repubs are thinking more about the country and less about greed, which seems to be on the minds of most repubs. Besides when it comes to the economy. the dems are better at it hands down. Check the history.

Business leaders also know who they can trust. It ain't Trump. Trump is only concerned about me, myself, and I. How can you trust a man that lies about his true worth and is afraid to reveal his income-taxes?

The Republicans may kick him to the curb in the convention. Then we will get another talking head that talks in circles. I'm dizzy already.

Yeah, and the Brits have a Trump 'mini-me' by the name of Nigel Farage who has caused a significant and, prolly irreversible, amount of damage with Trump-like promises to those people...that have failed miserably. By the way, Speedy, from 2004:

This is what set me off. Trump made his money (crookedly) under Democratic leadership in a thriving economy but, wants to run as a Republican while using liberal policies. He knows better than what he's doing and he only wants to promote his brand while actually using his supporters.
