Anger is a monster that hides in our closet and jumps out at the worst moments. So we need to do some Spring cleaning every year and take inventory. I know I can get very angry, so when I feel like a scream is coming, I take a long walk. Most people get upset once in a while and I think it's good to have a task or a hobby as a displacement when those bad feelings start to emerge.
