Maybe the instructions are worded incorrectly. They probably meant to say "If you're loaded, failure to lift the seat properly could result in serious injury or death!"

Maybe since they are continuous dispensers, the paper would roll on and on and on and someone walking his dog on the next block could trip & fall on a piece of toilet tissue?

Em, that warning seems to be for one of those old fashioned cloth towel dispensers they used several years ago. Remember those things where you'd pull down a fresh area on a cloth towel and the used part would reel back in? Best they could do at the time but definitely not sanitary by today's standards.

I need a lawyer. My car died again today. What a nightmare. I was screaming & crying so much that the sales manager at Hyundai gave me a loaner, since I would have lost my new job. 3rd tow (6 repairs) just in October. Battery, Alternator, Front Axle, Power Locks, Wiper Motor, and whatever fell off this time. Need one of those warning labels on every Hyundai. (although this loaner is really cool)
