Washing clothes, washing clothes is not so much for removing stains, but for removing bad odors and dirt.

For removing stains, work on the particulat stains before you wash the clothes.

So just about any detergent that is any kind at all is good enough for washing clothes and you only need to use a little detergent soap, not a lot of it.

As for the stains if any, well it might depend on the particular stain(s) how you clean them out or off, work on the stains before you do the machine wash.

I say, use the cheapest detergent or soap that you can find anywhere, after all, washing hardly ever cleans stains out and clean stains before you do the machine wash and when you machine wash you only need to use a little detergent or soap to remove bad odors from your clothes, to make them feel clean and fresh, so you really don't need to use detergent soaps such as the one that I gave on that link.

In all my very many years of washing my clothes and also in all the Internet research that I have done thru-out the years, I have learned that which I just posted.

I don't endorse any particular laundry soap or detergent, Tide has always appeared to be the best of them, but I would use the very cheapest detergent or soap that I could find and clean stains if any before doing the machine laundry wash and no needs to use tons of detergent or soap when doing the machine wash, a little is enough most of the time, unless there is a lot of dirt.
