Only 60% of guns in this country are obtained legally. That means that there are 120,000,000 guns that are 'owned' or held in violation of the law. Startling to say the least. That's a high number. Something should be done about that wouldn't you say. Don't get distracted. I like those police 'buy' back or give back programs because the police get the guns and then they melt them into scrap metal.

That's a good one Maddog! No telling how many illegally gotten firearms are brought across both borders. I suspect were US citizens not armed given the length of north and south borders we *could be* viewed as sitting ducks.
