"They" say that these things that I am going to post might help.

But I say that just as they might, they might not.

Also "The Powers That Be (Are)" say that people should not self medicate and that if you do you yourself take all of the risk if there is any risk at all.

I only post, I am not saying "Do This And Or Don't Do", whatever you do or don't do is on you and you alone.

Search engines such as Google are easy to use, if you have any questions ask your medical doctor, nurse, etc and or look it up on a search engine such as Google, if you are not an adult, also you can ask your parents, guardians or whoever takes care of you.

If you are disabled ask whoever takes care of you.

I find things using search engines and so maybe some others can too, but maybe not everybody.

Not everything that see (Find), read about or whatever on the Internet on Web pages is on the "Up And Up" so to speak, some things are right and true, but NOT everything, you can do your own research, but even I can't tell if everything that I post about is 100% right and true, but chances are that at least most is, but everything might be.

These are not all possible things that might help, there are others even many others, but I don't have those lists right now, I did, but they might be among the hundreds or thousands of things that I have unless I had to delete that data, cause I had to delete a lot of data that I had and I still have way too much.

Anyhow, in no particular order:
