I thought the extent of "Russian interference" did not involve ballot box stuffing or manipulation of voting machines, nor bribery or intimidation of election officials or even politicians.

The way I understand it is that the Russkies might have spread some fake news in various forums and bought a few Facebook ads. That's laughable, pretty tame in comparison to how the U.S. has manipulated elections in other countries in the past, even going so far as to installing the ruler of our (CIA's) choosing.

@ mikeintexas: Pretty much spot on this one. People have a tendency to NOT look at the big picture, just the small one. The USA is no angel by no means, but the synopsis here, is that there are a lot of gullible people out there that can't see past their noses, and thus leads us to this last imaginary hoe down.
