I kinda resemble some of those, but in my defense, at least I realize it and am working on them. OTOH, when I argue with people, I try to arm myself with the facts and try my best to not defend my point with my "feelings" or my opinion. (that's probably a little virtue signalling, but not bad, I don't think)   

Crazy people don't realize they're crazy, right? <grin>

I was just telling another L.P. member about how I feel about premium memberships; I'm glad Todd offers those because a paid account has so many advantages for those who can use them, but I simply don't even use the ones the standard members get. I don't do systems, don't play the prediction games and don't frequent any but the News and General discussion boards. I buy a QP and that's about it. Having my own photo album in here would be nice, but I've found an easy workaround.

It's not as though I'm actually burning up the electrons or wasting Todd's bandwidth, either, averaging something like .5 posts/day since I've been here. (and some might maintain each post I've made shouldn't even count as a half post, so....)

There have been a few times I'd have liked to block a few members, but they generally "self-deport" themselves outta here.

I'm sitting here this morning actually thinking about becoming a premium member just so I can block a certain jerk that Coin Toss is also familiar with. Like Mike, I don't need any of the extra features offered, except, blocking an individual who is most certainly toxic. Hmmmm.....

I mentioned 'premium member, premium member' because since I've been here there's only been one person ever brag about being one. I keep mine at Gold to support the site (with my pittance) and to be able to block a few people, a lot on my block list have vanished.










































































































































































Also I stay at Gold because with all the 'toys' offered for Platinum I'd be tempted to play a lot more than I do!
