That's a pretty quick end for those savages, executed by firing squad. If I were condemned and given a choice, I've always thought that might be the "best" - at least the quickest- way to die.

It might make ME a savage, but I've always subscribed to the "live by the sword, die by the sword" philosophy in regards to executions, namely that the form of execution should closely mirror how they killed their victims.

Do you remember sleazy getting on me for saying we should have brought Bin Laden's head back in a jar, charged admission to view it? Besides him being sarcasm-ignorant, he called me "ghoulish".   Well, I'm ghoulish against those who want/wanted me dead, so what? Sorry, but I don't have much sympathy for people who commit pre-meditated and particularly gruesome murders.
