That brought a tear to my eye, esp. the ending. (even though I could see it coming!)

It also brought a little anger to my heart b/c while I know this is just an animated movie and the characters aren't real, there ARE thoughtless people just like that...and not nearly enough of those like the young woman who gave the old man her seat.
