Vitamin D3 is actually Rat Poison

Do your own research.

It's a synthetic oil based vitamin. Any excess not used

is stored in the body. It is not water soluble. Water

soluble vitamin excess will flush out of the body.

5 minutes daily in the sunlight is the best alternative for Vit D3.
