I have a much cheaper alternative.  Have Maxine Waters get in the faces of the people doing it and tell them, "You're not welcome here".

If that doesn't work get a couple of bulldozers and flatten the tent cities. If they move flatten them again.

Well that is awfully nice of them to create maps to the best trash cans to steal.  I wonder how many of them will pop up on ebay or get scrapped for metal or wind up getting sold elsewhere?

Gee, if you were planning a vacation there you could hork 3 or so of them ($6000 new) and maybe get $2500 for them somewhere else thus paying for your vacation there.

I'm sure they would take great offense if you went all the way to California and didn't steal any of the nice trash cans that they put there for you to steal!

After all it is California and stealing is very legal there.
