Monkey Pox is just an excuse.  What is most likely really going on is that there are millions of illegals pouring across the border and many of them are asymptomatic with all kinds of different diseases.

In their limited brains they don't want to panic everybody and get people angry at the government for all the diseases they are allowing to come across the border with the illegals.

I bet you bought the Monkey Pox origin story too! (hint it most likely came across the border too but it certainly looks like they baked up a good misdirection story as a distraction on that also)

If they want me to wear a mask then they can send me N99 masks and some nitrile gloves along with a check for a billion dollars so I can buy some groceries too.

It's not, Monkey Pox is probably only just a cover story so you don't get worried about all what else is likely coming into the country.
