This is all part of the Democrat plan to destroy our military along with everything else in the country. In the meantime he's lavishing money on illegal aliens and Ukraine and our enemies in Iran and 87,000 new IRS Agents with guns and of course the climate hoax. This guy is a disaster.

He could just as well have Congress increase the dependency allowance if he did not want to increase base pay.

Or instead of giving Ukraine billions we could increase military pay, you just adjust for inflation, reduce the inflation for the military act.

Biden gets $400,000 per year of taxpayer money plus expense budgets and the Bidens collect about $55,000 per year in Social Security payments.

I seem to remember that Trump donated his salary to other federal causes.
