I like a good old fashioned thick hamburger with grease dripping out of it.

I was about 190 lbs at 18 and held my weight below 220 until my retirement.  I was at 225 lbs 4 years ago.

I like a good bacon burger too.
Applebees can make a good one if the cook knows what he's doing.
I like 'em kinda medium rare but if you get a stupid cook they always come out well done.

For lunch today I had a footlong sub from Subway which I hate going to but, unlike florida, where I used to get my subs from Publix, they don't have anything like that here, it was double meat ham... double cheese with tomatoes, cucumbers, and baby spinach. I only ate half of it and froze the other half.

That fake meat sh1t is full of this: Water, pea protein*, expeller-pressed canola oil, refined coconut oil, rice protein, natural flavors, dried yeast, cocoa butter, methylcellulose, contains 1% or less: potato starch, salt, potassium chloride, beet powder color, apple extract, pomegranate concentrate, sunflower lecithin, vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, ...

Crap pure crap, they say they also put steriods and a ton of salt etc....coconut oil is poison.

This is the first time so I'll find out in a couple of days. I don't know it seems like a bad idea but the alternative option is throw it away when turns bad in the refrigerator. It's an experiment I guess.

I've saved half a sub in the fridge before but scraped off the lettuce tomato and mayo first and then heated it up open-face in the toaster oven the next day and it was ok. Firehouse Subs are the only ones I like. Never tried Publix.
