I did that spare rib in the crockpot last night.  It is pretty good.
I got a request for some fried pork chops, but, I might change the game and go old school, real old school and bake some "shake n bake" pork chops, lmaooooooooooooooooo.
She also want some , beef short ribs, with green beans and potatoes.  Some baked beans with ground beef, potato salad, cornbread.    I haven't made that Mexican cornbread, in quite some time, I might see if I still got it, it has several different names, but, it's with cheese, cream corn, and peppers.  You can omit the peppers, but, it's good with collard greens, or beans.
I really wanted a pot of beef stew today.  But, I"ll cook what she asked for.   I guess I"ll get to the store by 9:00 am.
