* Look on the positive side, illegal immigrants have to put a down payment on houses, if they fail to pay, the homes get re possessed. The banks never lose & the dollar circulates.
Countrywide loans screwed enough Americans over & thousands of citizens lost their homes, in fact  Stockton in CA  was a ghost town. Don't get worked up over
nothing.

* Good question G, l think as long as one can come up a down payment- you in. One can buy a car with " bad credit " as well, it's all about coming up with a down payment  everything is for sale, it's part of the American dream.
* l heard once that one could even discuss price with a hooker. Apparently, the price can be negotiated by lowering the time you get while hitting it. Never heard of hookers carrying timers with them,but hey..
