*  Painting a home with a ghetto color is asking for squatters to move in.

* Just look at the fence on both sides of the 🏠 house- squatters must have cased the property & not seeing lights on at night, decided to take up residence.

* The owners were paying more attention to the house & forgot about the fence.

In certain NYC neighborhoods a couple of nice "gentlemen" would be sent over to "discuss" the situation with them. Problem solved.
