My swollen feet [update]

Published:

Updated:

I have remained on my capillary diet daily since starting it.

Right foot almost but not quite back to normal size. Swells up a little and then goes back down depending on the time of day.

Left foot still a bit swollen. That swells and goes back down.

A major reduction in swelling has occurred in both feet.

Last visit to doctor about three weeks ago they prescribed water pills which I have been taking.

Combined with my capillary diet and water pills my feet feel much better. I am sure the capillary diet worked as my feet had a gradual reduction in swelling up to now.

I also have the prescribed socks and leg wraps that I use on an irregular basis.

Had a scan done on my legs about eight weeks ago and there was no blockage found.

Must be the capillary diet cleaned out those capillaries where they scanned.

This is what I have been doing for my feet and legs.

Follow your doctors orders for your swollen feet.

* Jap- what sort of exercises are you doing. Try getting one of those mini stationary bikes, where you in one position, even sitting in a chair,  that can increase circulation in the lower extremities. Taking water pills & being
immobile is a recipe for..

All the best.

For exercise I just try to be active on my feet while working on my projects. Up and down a step ladder. Kneeling down and getting up. Whatever movement it takes to get the job done except for carrying anything. I can lift but can not walk with it as I need my crutch and cane.

To get things where I want to work on it I use a laundry cart to put it in and push or pull it. For heavier stuff like a pail of joint compound I use a mechanic creeper.
I think of ways to do things not to put myself in a situation to create a fall.

I had a couple trees in my backyard about 6 to 8 inches in diameter that needed cutting down. I was going to get a cheap electric chainsaw and cut them down. My family frowned on that idea so I hired a tree man to cut down both trees and haul them away. The tree man came in last week with his crew and they were in and out, job done in 25 minutes. Reasonable price too.
