The Flaw Revealed Itself
Published:
After the Tennessee Lottery Debacle, I noticed there was an unusual picking pattern in the numbers that were selected for the Pick 3 style game. Thinking about this for a while, I arrived at two different theories as to why these numbers are so unusual. One is that there could be an inside or near inside job to alter the numbers being produced. The other is that there is a flaw in the computer picking process that lead to the unusual selections. I now believe that it is the result of a flaw. I will not provide too much feedback, however, I can say that it's in the logic of selection that an illogical approach is being used that resulted in the deviant numbers. My hand held calculator helped me realize this. I need to study a bit more on other computer generated number lotteries. The mishap in Tennessee helped magnify this flaw enough that it could be seen relatively easily. With other lottery types, it may be more subtle. Everyone needs to do their own work on this one; look and look hard because it's there, even though the numbers may appear random. Good luck and skill hunting everyone.

Washington, D.C. Evening have "weird" balance numbers occurrence i suppose missing boxed pick 3 in pick 4 should appear in all states but only Washington, D.C. Evening have zero occurrence it think DC Eve should be able to catch straight hit with your finding
good luck
