Time is measured by a series of events and is therefore malleable. There's a metaphysical exercise where you can imagine time as a path stretching out before you and either lengthen or shorten it. Yes you're getting into quantum woo-woo territory but have done it and it works.

The electrical field of your aura is sufficient to affect any electronic gadget you're around which is important to be in a calm state when operating something like a computer if you don't want to cause glitches. Found that out years ago when using my computer sewing machine which started doing some strange things until I was able to achieve a very calm state while using it. Fortunately I didn't fry the board ... still have it and it's running perfectly.

It was about a baseball team that visualy and mentaly slowed down the speed of the ball after it was pitched to the batter.
