NC/SC ... Summarizing the UA Digits TTT

SC / EVE 960 (UA yields two digits from the mirror, 0 and 6, and one flip on the mirror, 6=9)

SC/MD 3131 (UA yields two digits from the original #, 1 and 1, and 1 digit flipped from the mirror #, 0=3, for a total of 3 clues. And the way the TTT is set up, gives even the fourth digit touching)

In today’s results, only the SC MD draw did not obviously meet the touching rule for finding hits in the TTT (although when viewed in light of mirrors and flippers, it did). Having numbers touch is good b/c it makes the hits easier to find. All the other draws for Wednesday were touching, which makes this TTT format useful. In example 1, the highlighted 6 =9 because it flipped, the 1=6 and the 2=7, both mirror #s. And that makes the 697 touching, even though it is not as obvious as the others. |
Code: Green for mirrors. Yellow for UA original digits. Gray for the flippers (3=0, 6=9) Blue for extra number needed to round out the draws/hits.
Ok—so enough is enough. This should be my last long post describing how to use the UA digits b/c you probably already have a system, for creating pairs, etc using the the UA #s.
So, I’ll continue to postthe numbers daily, and check in from time to time to see if people are findingthem useful. I’ll also post my version of the TTT daily, based on the UnfairAdvantange #, for the next week or so in case anyone wants to get the hang ofusing the UA in that format.
As mentioned before, I only discovered the TTTs afterposting the UA numbers for the first time a couple of days ago, so feel free toexperiment on your own. I’m really very excited about it, since the hits seemto have a pattern to them.
I will continue to experiment to develop a consistent way of writing the extra digits to fill out theTTT so that most of the hits drawn will be touching. This will also allow me tostart to see patterns of where the extra digits in the draws actually fall in theTTT.
So far, the simple rules I’ve come up with seem to beworking.
FYI, all I’m doing to create the TTT is first writing outthe Unfair Advantage number, 511 in the example above, withits mirror, 066, underneath it. If there is a 0 or a 3 on either line (seetable above), whether it is the original UA # or its mirror, I place theopposite # on the line below it (or above it if it is on line one), and in themiddle of the TTT (i.e. the 3 was placed under the 6 in the example above).
Then I see which numbers are missing from the 10 digit set (thosenot included in the UA# or its mirror) and then I either add or substract a digit andplace that digit on top of or beneath the number, as shown above. After I haveadded a number, or substracted, I will then place its mirror on top of the #. In the workout above, I placed the 4 on top ofthe 5 and the 2 on top of the 1, then placed there mirrors on top of them.
If it sounds confusing, no worries. That is the reason Iwill be posting my version of the TTT for at least a little bit, until everyonewho wants to use it gets the hang of it, or until someone finds a more usefulTTT.
Of course, the goal of it all is to find the hits, and justhaving the TTT for these last few days, and seeing how the draws / hits show isa great help, and is making my life simpler.
Before I discovered that the mirrors were showing in thedraws each day, I thought that the numbers sometimes showed in one state, and not the other, but from what I am seeing this week, it appears that even if the original UA number doesn’t show in a state, the mirrors do, and when you add the flipping rules (3=0 or 6=9) then it’s justa matter of time b4 we who use this system will all be saying “cha-ching”.
