It might be an unrelated mystery fungus that showed up a few months ago in the Pacific Northwest. Seems to me it was also reported in a Southern state. That was before the oil disaster took the headlines.

With the corexit9500 and benzene toxic rain, it may be a moot point. Crops will not be able to tolerate it and if they do they will only be absorbing the toxins and unsafe to eat.

Ohhh, if were only so simple. This requires much more study.
