I believe she is unqualified and severely biased, no experience, no husband, no children, no judging, not a Constitutionalist. She is a liberal activist.

She makes my skin crawl and that's good enough for me ..... in addition to what Jarasan listed as logical reasons to not confirm her. We have enough sitting activist judges in lower courts that we sure as heck don't need on in the Supreme Court.

With the 5 to 4 vote on the recent decision on the 2nd ammendment we should be very concerned.

Definitely the worst candidate ever nominated for the job. Her appointment would be a mockery to the Supreme Court. We must insist that law schools return to teaching the Constitution as a required part of the aspiring attorney/politician's curriculum.

The good news is that if 850 rabbis don't like her, she probably won't get the job. Yee-ha!
