Credit to the cops for doing their job properly. They knew no law had been broken and acted as peace officers to diffuse the situation. Straight out of the (old school) police academy textbook.

I'll go out on a limb and predict that a year from now (xmas travel season 2011), most people will be quietly (if not happily) going through whatever the TSA wants to do to them.
