All the flaws that were discovered in the release of this document so easily could not have been overlooked by the forger. To forge a document of this importance you would get the best forger around. Could these flaws have been deliberately put in the document before release to taunt and keep the controversy alive. Great campaign tool until they release the original at the opprtune time during his campaign. All his opponent has to do is question the document and the campaign will release the original. There goes his opponent down the drain.
This tactic is probably in rules for radicals somewhere.
