The young man in the video was shot to death outside his home on 12-07-2011. 

His name was Michael Taylor and he was 16 years old.

"[A]uthorities had no suspect or motive in the incident." Typical. Not very authoritative, to me. Also, what article on "spanking" would be complete without some less-than-worthless Lib whining about how "wrong" & "ineffective" it is?
50 years ago, there were a lot more parents kicking @$$#$ and a lot fewer kids involved in crime. Sounds like a working formula, to me.
