Good little goose-steppers (on both sides) can never explain how you're supposed to fight the charges if your resources are stolen/frozen.

Some people have to know how the victim voted, before they can form an opinion.  Roll Eyes

Isn't 'asset seizures' just another way of saying 'stealing'?

I'm looking in my pocket Constitution and see no mention of the govt having the right to take property from a citizen. In fact, I see that the Fourth Amendment specifically prohibits it. And since no law can contradict the Fourth Amendment, it's apparent that the govt is breaking the law. But we all knew that already.

It would seem the farmer does not consider himself to be stealing the milk; he considers himself the owner of the cow ... and has done a bang-up job of getting much of the herd to share this view.

You'd be surprised (or appalled) at how many people are mad about the FB guy saying "no mas" and moving to another ranch.
