I believe the popular refrain (after some wedding/funeral gets bombed) goes something like, "That's what they git fer s'pportin' terr'izts" (often followed by what sounds suspiciously like 'derp, derp'). Drones overhead, abuse at the airports (coming soon to bus and train stations, too), property theft/destruction ... connecting the dots yet? Are these the "freedoms" you're hated for?

Police dept. tactics, equipment and ops have been militarized. The last decade in Iraq and Afghanistan has been training ground for what is to come to our own neighborhoods.
