He means the southern white vote who didn't vote for the President the last time.
The President gets the majority vote of;1.Women 2.Gays 3.Jews 4.Youth 5.Hispanic 6.Black
7.Most White seniors fearing Willard will mess with their Medicare and/or Social security.
8.Any intelligent person that Loves America.
All the Willard Romney will get is All Republican White racists north and south of the Mason Dixon Line that hates The Black president MORE than they love America.
Not enough of them to win the Presidency for Willard!
