Democrats give a women the right to abort.
The constitution gives a citizen the right to own guns.

Roe v. Wade gave women the right to abort...not Dem's, it was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, which is the law of the land.

Who pushed for a favorable decision on Roe vs Wade. It just came out recently the liberals coerced the witness in Roe vs Wade by a statement from the witness herself. It was a push by liberals for abortion.

To determine if a law is constitutional is enforcing the law because if it is declared unconstitutional, it is not a law stupid.
