Well naturally it's a miserable city.
The Democrats took it over in the 60's.
It was a world class city before that happened.
Now it's a drug and crime infested shooting gallery and ghetto wasteland.
Thank God I'm a country boy...

Memphis,Tennessee is not far behind.
Must be the 2nd most miserable.
