Sometimes when you write or speak the truth, you will catch a lot of flack. (Or a bullet in the head. I have some serious protection. Who cares anyway, I know where I am going)

Why is that? The flack?

The truth hurts. (And, I only deal with the truth. I am NOT a “Talking head”. I can’t stand any of those kcuf’s. They are just “programmed heads” who don’t know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Local news is different. Those people have good intentions. Most are good people until they get to the national level and then everything changes. Why? Because you are dealing with the masses. (Advertising lick their chops over some masses (Many people) If they can get 5% to fall for their trickery, they live

“LARGE MARGE” and they do!!!!!!

They try to tell you what to eat.

When to eat.

Where to eat.

Americans are eating like they are possessed and it makes me very sad. So much damage and most don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.

It is a form of possession. Something inside of you is telling you to eat until you are sick.

 

 

The advertising is a MAJOR contributor.

They make the “Sandwich or Taco look so good”

I have always had sense when it comes to eating and what I put in to my body. I don’t know why. Examples: I hate greasy food and I despise Margarine. I don’t know where that comes from but it has always been. And if I was eating at someone’s house and if I didn’t tear in to the greasy Spaghetti, people would look at me like I was the nut.

 

Maybe I am the nut, but I bet I feel better than them and can run faster and longer than them.
