Simple solution to nice skin……..water…..and eating right………ciggs need to go….if you want to look good and feel even better.

They recommend between 6 to 8 glasses per day………………..I have it with every meal…………………….and I always have……………always!!!!!

My Muffin prefers rain water that I collect for her……….why did I do that…………..she WILL NOT mess with tap water……………….and that tells me something……………….it may be bad for us! We need the experts…if they can still think to do some studies…………..NO JOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
