I will now drive to the good old Common Wealth to play lottery.  DC cheat their lottery players.  They chose to play 66666; because it was safe. The last time they payed big was March 2013; pick 4 (4444) played. Oh, btw, that was after the 4444's played in Virginia, on February 28, 2013. All the money they've collected since March... they allow 1 number to come out. What a joke! The payout should have been big considering the last time a pick 5 played was in July 2012. What the heck is 2 million dollars and your collecting millions a week. It would have been a huge payout should they've allow the sold out numbers to play. Wake up DMV residents, stop wasting your money in the District of Columbia. They paid out a little over 2 million dollars and bragging about it... when the state of VIrginia, has paid twice that amount this month alone. Last month VA paid out a good chuck of change. Over the last few months people have flocked to Virginia to "Play to Win." Check it out for yourself; VA is having big wins every week.  DC shouldn't use that slogan again. The joker that says... "Play on America" sounds like an old shyster... "Play on America" I promise today I will NEVER play another DC lottery!
