Think I know what caused me to flip out recently.

After thinking about it for a while, it came to me that my broken tooth filling may have affected me.
I remember eating a few days before hand and bit on what I thought was a bone in a burger.
At first I didn't even give it a second thought; kept chewing and swallowed.
There was no pain, but a little while later I could taste this metallic flavor.
Mercury?! The fut king filling.
Fortunately, I've been taking large doses of Magnesium... probably helped reduce the toxin.
I do have a bit of high pitch ring in my ears once in a while, but it's getting better and I don't have this foggy head feeling that comes and goes; that's been pissing me off too.
Recently I've begun taking Methlycobalamin (a.k.a. B-12) and switched from Magnesium Oxide to Magnesium Citrate as a Supplement.
Wow, much better.
