It's not the postage that's expensive, but how much the scratch tickets are! LOL

Massachusetts lottery has not had a second chance drawing in some years now -- They rake in so much money for their little state, but have been extremely cheap lately!

our millionaire drawing i sent in about 15 different colored envelopes with entries,low and behold my uncle won on his entry and got the second place of 25,000 dollars,the grand prize winner was from memphis in the millionaire live drawing.......

I know some people are just lucky,but I'd look into all that winnig too.it seams to be a bit much for two people to win that many times when I can't win once"I'd like to know whats going on with that.I hope there winnig fare.
