Doesn't seem to be that many people in MO playing lottery and those payouts?? I'm used to seeing a payout on a triple of atleast a million.

MO uses computers AFAIK.

I know if I was in Mo I wouldn't have won with them using RNG.

I've got to get a list of those RNG states so I don't waste my money on their lotteries.

Why not just check the State Lottery Report Card in the Results menu???

I was looking at a list of true random numbers the other day and there were SIX 9s in a row!  So, things that look non-random are in fact random because if we were picking numbers and saw six of the same digit in a row, we would change it!!  There goes the "random" out the window. 

Actually, those are the best places to play because, if you take the time to analyze the draws, you will find the biases and take advantage of it.  I use Inspector 3 to look at the biases.  I start by looking at 30 days and go further if needed.  When doing a RNG draw, I seldom have to go past 30 days to see the bias.  With the states that are using balls I sometimes have to go out 90 days or even 6 months to see much of a difference.

So, personally, I like the RNG draws!!

Of course, there are exceptions on both sides.  Some "ball drawings" have huge biases.

Here's a good example of a bias with a "ball" draw.  Today's Michigan Midday draw was 509.  Take a look at the following and tell me if you are surprised at the 509!!!

So, always check for and play the biases.  It doesn't matter if they are from a RNG or not!

These are the same people who use the standard ratio "9 times out of 10" and my favorite sentence ending phrase "in and of itself."

computerized drawings can't be trusted because they might tally up the bets and program the computer to spit out a number that players bet on the least or not at all BUT califdude is right in a certain respect that maybe sometimes it is easier to predict an RNG state.everyone has their favorites.......

No matter what you do you are not going to get truly random numbers.  With balls something could cause the balls to be biased as in dirt or something on one or some of the balls.  Balls can get left out...and so on.  With computers an algrorithm has to be programmed into the computer.  There is a formula for those numbers to come out.  It is really complex because they do there best to try to be random but that will never happen.  I guess it really doesn't matter to me or at least until we hear of a story that computer drawn numbers at a lottery was fixed.
