Does the amount after withholdings seem low? The LOP cash value is exactly 50% of the annuity, while Mega Millions is a higher floating percentage, even though both annuities are 26 equal yearly payments.

Cleveland or Toledo area. Rest of Ohio might as well not exist to the lottery.

"The winning numbers for the Wed, Feb 1, 2006 drawing were 07-09-17-19-85." This must be a typo, right? What lottery has 85 numbers? Interesting that the winner's name wasn't mentioned. I know a trust officer claimed the money, but here they still list the actual trust owner, at least that's what I've noticed in all of the press releases.

Lot'O Play has 100 numbers 00-99. It's played on a 5X5 grids similar to bingo with 12 ways to match 2- 5/100 for a win, 5 vertical, 5 horizontal and 2 diagonal. * THat which happens most * * is most likely to happen again *
