theres only 1 way to achieve 1 mil on the lotto, start with 2 mill.
i assume she buys a lot of tickets. and good luck to her.
on an unconnected mnote a lerk at my lotto agent said she bought 5 scratch offs 1 from ea book after work. and when she got home ea ticket had a prize, only $5 higherst but a few free tickets. so there are lucxky people.
once when playing keno, the bar lady finished work and parked herself on a stool and bought a drink and a few keno tickets.
she hit spot 5 2 in a row and won $500 ea time.
i tried coaxing her to buy me a few but she didnt , even after offering to buy a drink :( grrr
