Just a little more than 2 hours to go. I think I will do a repeat of last night, and just go to have wonderful dreams, and check the numbers tomorrow morning. I don't want any disillusioned thoughts filling my head.

I don't want any disillusioned thoughts filling my head. That's what I'm planning on doing. I want to have sweet dreams! Besides, I'll need the rest to start interviewing accountants, advisors, and lawyers in the morning. :-D "Don't be a schmuck, always take the cash." -Coin Toss

There was another post on another thread yesterday or the day before supposedly explaining that from another site where someone who worked for a lottery said that they used a hypodermic needle and injected some of the balls with gas to make them react differently to the others. With this kind of money on the line, I am sure there are many different ways to cheat. Bernie Madoff managed $60 billion and never made a single trade over decades, so frankly anything is possible. Let's throw the galaxy's largest IF in here and say... IF that was what they did it still wouldn't ensure that the 5+1 balls would be picked, there would be a large margin of error, what with the way the balls are simply blown around and the complete chaos of the whole thing. I'd believe in Derren Brown before I'd believe the lottery comissions can simply force the specific 5+1 (or whatever) balls into the receiver whenever they want. The whole thing just seems too unlikely for me to believe.

According to Yahoo, we have all spent $1.5 billion to play this particular drawing, they pay out $462 million, that's a pretty nice billion dollar spread. People have done more for less.
