I wonder when the federal government will get the clue that this is THE way to take care of the deficit? Have a NATIONAL lottery system... with all proceeds - not earmarked for prizes - going toward paying off the deficit. A few 640M$ jackpots and we would have the problem solved. That's what my buddy just said.. $1 a ticket to start getting the country out of debt!! I wish I may, I wish I might...
