Soooo Lottery fever is over, I will continue to buy my 1 power ball, 1, MM, and 1 state lotto ticket till I can win even a minor prize. Gotta b in it to win it... But hey, I hear best way to cure the lottery hangover (realizing tht gut feeling tht you were going to win was wrong) was to buy a scratch off. So I did. I bought a 3$ dollar bingo. Won 10 back. WOOHOOO!!! Take Tht MM. Hopefully the 1/195,000,000 chance of powerball jackpot smiles on me tonight. Not like I need to win a JP to maintain life, but boy would it be nice.

This is almost surreal, this thread is as quiet as a church mouse. The past couple of weeks if you were out for just a couple of hours, you had to catch up on literally hundreds of posts to get current with everything. Calm, quiet, peaceful. I like! Powerball is up to $60 million. No great excitement. Just normal, average and blissful. Enjoy for the moment!

I guess we know now that there willl most likely never be a billion dollar jackpot or one sole winner if it does get that high. They would need to add more numbers to the game. But at least now I can play and win next week's $12 million in peace, and no one will know or care as they will still all be searching out the winners of this one. It is not as impressive since 3 winners won it, just like 3 people winning about $200 million. I am kinda glad one person did not win it all. Looks like Singleton wasted his $10,000. His "slamdunk" got rejected. Never say never anything can happen. It's time for Pa to win next....

Trying to figure out how to requaint their losses. I'm only pissed I chalked 15 bucks over with not a dollar back. I'd be sick if I had but 100's of tickets like most.

I'd be sick if I had but 100's of tickets like most. My neighbor was just regaling me with her version of 'pay back'. She and dh just got back from wall papering her SIL's bathroom. WITH LOOSING MM LOTTERY TIX. Evidently SIL spent **all** of the holiday family pooled present money on MM tix for last evening draw and got a return of ... zip ... so this morning in 'serves you right' mode... all the siblings went over to her house while she was getting her nails done... and now her master bathroom is wall-papered in MM-tix. (think coat of shellac over glued tix... what a MESS to get rid of!) I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures.

I'd be sick if I had but 100's of tickets like most. That was exactly what I played and lost. Yes, be very grateful we didn't put a weeks pay on that last drawing! Good luck on 2-nites PB CollegeLad.

I keep all my losing tic's for tax write offs, now your giving me some ideas for alternative uses for these hundreds of tic's.
