While everyone is fighting to win the $500 million jackpot, I will quietly collect my one million dollar second prize and disappear quietly into the night, never to be seen again. | | |

What if somebody using the lotter won? Are sales at the lotter included in these figures? Would it be fair if some bloke from the UK won the PB pot? who didn't even have to visit the US in order to obtain a ticket? Is not the lottery a voluntary tax? Is it constitutional for a citizen of another country to take a voluntary tax out of the country?

When I was driving home yesterday and saw on a billboard the jackpot had jumped to 1/2 Billion, I stopped and bought 5 more! Today I saw the jackpot had jumped to $550 million and on the way home, every gas station convenience store parking lot was full, the same when I did some errand running after getting home. I believe they are selling that many.
I don't want to think about what will happen if it rolls again or hits a full billion. Prisoner Six
