I'm changing my name to Luke! Luke was also a physician and this is your bible trivia for the week. Why does everyone think this guy is so wealthy with a home under $ 300,000 and 2400 sq ft? In most areas surrounding larger cities (mine included) $250,000 will barely get you 750 sq. ft close to the city (and a condo with no yard) and even the most low end small (1250-1500 ft. counting the basement) townhouses are in the $400,000 plus range.
