When the structure of the vendor market opens to new players, with progressive ideas for web-crafted products (and a fair chance of having their work vetted) Lotteries will benefit from solutions not currently available.
Just look at the number of lottery-facing startups that have come and gone over the last 15 years; venture capital now runs for the hills whenever a deal focused on this underserved global market is presented. As the saying goes: nothing comes from nothing.
Innovation will not occur in a virtual duopoly, with stranglehold on the business dynamics of any industry!
