Connecticut Lottery Connecticut Lottery: Hundreds Descend on Lottery Headquarters To Collect Winnings

Four little numbers added up to nearly $6 million for 4,653 people who played the Connecticut Lottery's Play 4 game last Friday.

All of the tickets had the winning combination of 1-0-1-0.

On Monday, hundreds went to the Lottery's main Claim Center located on John Downey Drive in New Britain to collect their cash for their winning 1-0-1-0 tickets.

According to Dennis Chapman, Vice President of Marketing & Sales for the Lottery, "Many people have numbers in their lifetime that are personal. The interest of the Lottery's daily games is in the flexibility they afford players, in terms of ways to play their favorite numbers and amounts of money that can be wagered."

Chapman added that wager types for the Sept. 10 drawing resulted in payouts ranging from $417 to $25,000, depending upon the player's choice at time of purchase.
