      <description><![CDATA[Henry says Oklahomans are excited about kicking off the lottery and raising money for education.I'm betting they're a lot more excited about buying tickets and hoping to win prizes than they are about 'raising money for education'.  That would be a nice referendum sometime.  A binding vote by the population allowing them to choose whether they'd prefer to have that 'education' money go back into the prizes, or go to education.There's a lot of assuming that goes on about the issue, a lot of postu...
