So on Friday Arizona Lottery sent out a small release that their amazing computer was not allowing 8 or 9 to come out in the second or third spot in the pick3 game. Hello everyone, I would like to share my dreams with you....several months ago, I dreamt of a lottery ticket. I dont follow foreign lottery out the USA word for word...But i think there is a Pick6/0-9 or Pick7/0-9 that pays: $30 Million or $20 Million in Canada...That s just: 1 Province of Canada how many province does Canada has??? 5 $30 Million x 5 provinces = $150 Million dollars...How do i know Russia or some other country doesnt have the same...Let s say: 4 countries out of the 200 globally have that lotto... 4 x $30 Million dollars = $120...

Powerball Record??
I do not normally follow the Powerball lottery. I usually follow the Mega Millions lottery even though I rarely play it. I recently made this post in a thread about fixed lotteries, but nobody answered. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Exactly what does it mean for a lottery to be fixed? When a lottery puts a particular scratch-off series on sale, they already know exactly how many tickets will be sold in that series and exactly how much they'll pay out.
